TuneTree is hosted at the [Ibiblio] project at UNC-CH, on [RedHat] Linux servers!
The machine at Ibiblio is capped to "only" 20Mb/s, and also hosts other SHN sites including [Jamz].
Now capped to 80/80 simultaneous ftp/http logins,
for a total of 160 simultaneous logins.

This should help alleviate the slow-speed problems.
